The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Topster web site, please read them carefully.

Pricing & Availability

All product prices include VAT are in £ sterling and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. We accept all orders for products subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Order Delivery

All orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class.  Please note that the Royal Mail is unable to accept instructions from us to leave your parcel elsewhere if you are not home.  We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt.  Despatch means that your package will be sent by us within 48 hours NOT that you will receive it within 48 hours.

Returns & Order Cancellation

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty; please contact us on customerservice@topster.co.uk within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.

Order Payment

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch via Paypal. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to authorisation by the card issuer and if the issuer of your card refuses to pay us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused and unopened with the seal intact - in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Arella Creations.  For reasons of hygiene we will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been opened or used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us. 

Please contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned, we will then issue you with a returns number and an address to send the goods back to us. Arella Creations is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.  We strongly advise that customers use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service and obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Arella Creations. We reserve the right to decline any order.  All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.

Arella Creations Limited reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.
